...ready for prom / formal? I live in Australia so 'formal' is 'prom' equivalent. It's not until 2011, except........ I want to start writing a guide into my agenda because next year is going to be so hectic because of my academics, having a leadership position in my school (it involves a lot of camps and volunteer days etc.) as well as my part-time job and friend and family commitments. It's my final year of high school, and my first major formal event.
I need to squeeze these things into a timeline. Can you help me by writing next to them how much in advance I should get them ready. I'll probably have graduation in the morning so won't be able to do much until around midday.
~ Hair appointments (trial run and actual day)
~ Make-up appointments (trial run and actual day)
~ Buy dress
~ Dress alterations
~ Buy shoes and other accessories
~ Break in shoes
~ Get nails done
~ Date & transport
~ Corsage & the thing that goes on the guy's shirt. Mindblank.
Am I missing anything major? : )
