I have a very important race in sprinting tomorrow..and i would like to have any final tips and advices to be the best!
like..should i eat my breakfast or not..cuz eating breakfast will make my stomach hurt!
and is it good for me to stretch tonight...or should i be eating a particular food for instance?
putting in mind that i'm 14 years old..185cm tall..and 54 Kg weight .. and i'm a very fats runner .. i do like 10 m/s
