romantic means it has to be private you dont need a formal place for that, rent a penthouse suite with a butler at heritage hotel or westin philippine plaza,i always love the view there,even hotel sofitel has a nice view,i dont think restauant will be appropriate for parents,or make a front table reservation at the comedy bar its always nice to laugh.
