Can anyone give me more information about the 2008 B.E.T Awards Pre Show?

My friends and I would like to attend the 2008 BET Awards pre -show (106 & Park: Live from the Red Carpet) and have not gotten a reply from our emails. Is it first come first serve? Do we have to purchase tickets? Any information would really help! Thanks.
