Can anyone give me information about this bicycle?

Does anyone own or know anything about this bike?
My first bicycle (1989) was a third hand single speed, which I believe may be a Schwinn Stingray Fair Lady. However, although it has the banana seat and handlebars of the Stingray, the frame isn't quite the same. I was unable to find any photographs or information about this particular model on the internet. If anyone knows the year (not the range) this bicycle was manufactured, the average retail value (I'm not looking to sell and probably couldn't anyway -- it has been badly damaged in a fire; I'm just curious), or has owned this bicycle personally, any information or shared experiences would be appreciated.
The best way to describe the color of the bicycle is a non-lustrous mint green with a tint of blue -- like a light shade of aquamarine? The seat is white without any ridges and has random orange, yellow, and blue shapes on it (squares, circles, half-circles, and triangles).

If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask!
Thank you!

It is a Schwinn Fair Lady but one that was built in either Taiwan or China... look at the small writing under the headbadge. IF the headbadge is SCREWED (not glued) onto the frame there should also be a number stamped on the headbadge from which you can determine the age at almost any of the Schwinn serial number sites.

You might also find the year of manufacture stamped on the rear hub (in the wheel) of the bike.

My best guess is that it was made somewhere between 1981 and 1983 but would have to know the number on the headbadge, and preferably on the frame as well.

They aren't worth much, with a current retail value of under $100.
