Basically, a bill that has not been done and can help people.A bill is a statute in draft before it becomes law. 10 points. Also something easy to find information on and can talk about. Thanks. :)
 
how about a bill that in order to facillitate equal rights between men and women. it wants to institute the draft for for women. after all men have been drafted for war from the civil war to the viet nam war. time for the girls to get their fair share. besides what could be a more humiliating thing for our mid eastern enemies that to get their a$$es kicked by a bunch of girls.
