I'm writing a post for a Wordpress blog called Lawsome (http://www.lawsome.net) about crazy laws and this one sounds interesting but I know a lot of laws are full of fluff and sometimes just made up. I've been looking all over for text proof that this is a real law. If anyone could send me a link where this law is written that would be much appreciated.
