Can anyone explain why there are so many young people who ask question on this site

related to law but they? always fail to provide the state when all states have different laws,
and did they not learn to do research in computer classes, most
questions can be answered by typing the query into the search bar and yet they seem to have no idea how to do it, i know some are older butthe young are taking computer classes and for some reason do not know how to research a subject, can anyone explain?
But even morons can use a computer your answer is proof of that
 
I think most people assume if your using a forum such as this to ask personal legal questions . . . you might be a moron.
