...Winter Olympics? and when can non-Canadian citizens buy tickets??? a link (NOT just www.vancouver2010.com but a specific link) that explains everything would be nice but it would be great if you put it all in a nutshell.
what i really dont get though is the "offline payment" deadline cuz why are they making you pay if your application to get tickets has to go through a lottery first??
