i would go at it from the perspective of how respect levels have changed throughout history, toward woman in the working world from there co-working men. either on an equal level or as a boss/employee level. 20 years ago a man was embarrassed to say his boss was a woman. now most men dont care. through in some statistics about reported percentages of woman bosses today compared to 5-10-15-20 years ago, and compare theses statistics to the amount of reported discrimination and sexual assault complaints placed by woman. you can do this on a simple web search. and im sure the numbers will back up your points. the more woman bosses the less complaints of discrimination. -----for flavor, id show that it still happens, and maybe argue that woman perhaps are better qualified then men in a workplace, just for some extra controversy! good luck. hope it helps.
