Sid Shady answered the pounding at his door and in barged Sam Slug with a duffel bag stuffed with cash. "I just knocked off Begile Bank. the cops are swarming all over! You gotta hide me!" Sid took one look at the cash and suddenly had an idea. "Sam, we gotta fake your death; it'll put the cops off your trail. Start writing a suicide note while I figure how we'll stage it." Sam began writing furiously while Sid calmly put on a pair of gloves and loaded his .38. As soon as Sam finished writing, Sid pumped a shot into the side of his head. Sid dropped the gun at Sam's side and removed his gloves just as Shadow kicked Sid's door in. "Hey, Shadow," protested Blue, "I had nothin' to do with this. Here's all the money Sam robbed. He killed himself. Here, read the note!" Shadow took the note and then took Sid to headquarters for questioning. The next day Sid was charged with murder. How was he caught?
