ok here they are

As ii was going to St. ives
I met a man with 7 wives
Each wife had 7 sacks
Each sack had 7 cats
Each cat had 7 kittens
Kits, Cats, Sacks, and Wives... How many were going to St. Ives?

2 fathers and 2 sons went duck hunting. They each shot and killed a duck. Only 3 ducks were killed. How is this possible?

answer to #2:

1st man: grampa
2nd man : Grampa's son
3rd man : son

Grampa has a son which is Grampa's son, Grampa's son has a son. so Grampa is a father and Grampa son is a son and a father so son is a son.

this is REALLY confusing... but i think u know what i mean.

one son, which was also a grandson
makes three people
three ducks, three people
 
1. None of 'em, only you
2. There was grandfather,father, and son
The father and the son are two sons
The grandfather and the father are two fathers.
