Can anybody suggest me games similar to Oblivion or Gothic 3 please?

So I want some games similar to Oblivion or Gothic 3 Forsaken Gods. But in these two games, when you die it's over, so if you don't have a previously saved game you'll have to start over from the beginning. So I want some game that when you die you're given a chance. And I want to control my character with the mouse and not with the keyboard, so if there is any game in this form, please let me know. And offline if possible please..
