Can anybody name this kung-fu film?

I remember seeing this film on C4 years ago, not too sure but I think it was in black & white.

I remember the main 2 characters were a guy with no arms and a guy with no legs.

From what I remember they fought together, i.e. guy with arms throws guy with legs who does a flying kick etc.

It was a long time ago so my memory is vague, can anyone help?
