Can anybody just write this simple checkbox php script?

Friends i designed a html form. That form contains checkbox field. That contains 4 fields. Tamil,english,hindi,kanada. These are the four options. Please write a simple php code to store in the database. Please i don't want to use javascript. So please just write the code. Explain if you can.Thanks
