okay when i used to plug my phone into the blackberry USB cable, it would come up with 'do you want to turn on mass sharing mode' (or something like that) and then i'd click yes and enter my password.. but for some reason now its not doing it when i plug it into my laptop :S i dont know why! could the USB cable be dodgy? or is there something on my phone i can do to set it back up?
this is how i get my photos and videos onto my laptop from my phone and it's stopping me from being able to do it
