I got my Samsung Tocco Lite 3 days ago now on the 1st April 2010. I have been trying to add songs from day 1, i have Instailed the new ' Samsung New Pc Studio' that you got given when you buy the phone. I have instailed the Usb Driver + the software. Before i pluged the Samsung Tocco Lite Usb cable into my computer and in my phone.
I did the following pressing Menu > Settings > Phone Settings > PC Connections > Media Player, then i pressed Save. After doing that i pluged into my computer and in my phone it comes up saying media player is only available in IDE mode then it comes up as initialling then Connected then i open Samsung New PC Studio and click Search Device.
It comes up as saying Communications port (COM1) that clearly isn't the phone name but even so i press connect then it trys to find the phone then comes up as Communications Port (Comp1 No serial Device is currently connected to the Selected port (COM1) connect a dice or select another port,. Move to search New Device. I have checked if my bluetooth is on but it says its not.
+ i try to Update SOFTWARE 3 times - but it fails
