a good site that tells you how to draw KingdomHearts characters,heartless,etc...
+where you can submit work.
 
srry buddy but i dont think that there is a site for that, the best thing to do is to print out a picture of the one you wanted to do and keep drawing that picture repedetaly. until your satified with the replica of it. Then eventualy try drawing your own animations. Hoped it helped.
