Hello,
I am student teaching next semester and trying to go through my wardrobe for appropriate wear. I have a really beautiful dark pink/purplish new long-sleeve cotton shirt (longer length style) that has a hood on it, but is V-neck open with a hood in the back. There are no logos, and it is sleek-form fitting. I am very thin, so it looks nice with black dress pants and a black shirt underneath to hide cleavage. I like to dress it up with a nice necklace, and I wear my hair in a fancy-ish bun (naturally curly). So the look is very polished and neat... But does the fact that it is cotton and has a hood (not distracting) make it not business casual? Or can elementary teachers pull that off?
Thank you!!
