can any one tell me why gear five of my Honda civic 2002 manual is pulling out and

what is the solution? honda civic 2002 manual transmission: at high speed the gear five is pulling out, however when it is at gear four, it will work smoothly. Some times if i'm changing from two to three it will make a little noise.
 
you may need to replace the entire transmission. i would take it back to a Honda dealer and ask them to fix it for you
 
Down your gear box and replace it to new one or change only the collar ring specifically the fifth gear.
