can any one help me with figuring out the abreviations that follow my name?

Hi,
I have just finished my second course and am going to order business cards and such, but I do not know what the abbreviations for my courses are:

A bacholer of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine and
A bacholer of Teaching in Primary School and Secondary School, Teaching General Science and V.C.E. Biology.

I am not sure how the abbreivations that follow your name are worked out like the rules for it and I would appreciate some help.
