Can any Nokia\Symbian Phones run the PSX emulator?

Can any Symbian phones Run the psx emulator yet? I know the Iphone and Windows phones can run them, but in the terms of mobile phone specs, im suprised not to see a psx emulator on symbian phones yet.

Are any nokia phones, such as the new Nokia E72 actually powerful enough to actually run the emulator (regardless if nobody has yet made the psx emulator?)
 
Nope. The symbian phones will not run PSX due to a lot of reasons. Well, firstly the processors on these phones aren't powerful enough, the screen won't handle the graphics, and the emulator will take too much of the battery's life (think about every time you open your phone, its gonna have to load from the beginning).
