I have an eight year old Corsa 1000cc car, it has just developed a problem, , when I start the car it is very difficult to get into first gear and sluggish to pull away, it's really worrying when I stop at lights, for example, because its hard to get into first gear, I have tried to start it in second but cannot, today it has also been difficult to put the car into reverse, once it is in first gear and I change up it runs perfectly well, it is regularly serviced, can anyone give me a clue what can be wrong with it and is it likely to be expensive, thanks to anyone who can give me advice.
