can any docter perscribe suboxone

Doctors can only write scripts for Sub if they have completed a course regarding it.

Reach is correct. Not every doctor can prescribe Suboxone/Methadone. There is a seperate course required to prescribe such medicines.

Are you having trouble finding a Sub doctor?

while both reach and em are correct,they missed on point about drs prescribing suboxone/buprenorphine.while any reg. dr has to have the 8hr course like they told you above,ANY LICENSED PSYCHIATRIST CAN WRITE AND PRESCRIBE SUBOXONE WITHOUT HAVING TO TAKE THE CERTIFICATION COURSE.alot of people dont realize this and alot if not most psychs are not on any of the suboxone dr locators.good luck-spark
