I have asthma and I wanted to know if anxiety can make you feel like your short of breath one minute and feel fine the next? If so, what causes that? Any suggestions on controlling anxiety without meRAB? Thank You!
According to my doctors = yes - I went into the hospital this past Sat. until Monday - they did a lot of heart, lung tests - I have alittle COPD - and I was prescibed ADVAIR and Zoloft - they said it pointed to anxiety mostly - but for the last 3 weeks I have had the SOB constantly from morning until night - sometimes getting a long breath, sometimes yawning and sometimes even struggling! I am so tired of this - I am going to try these medicines - hopefully it will help me - the doctor today did mention maybe having a stress test - but I want to try to get this under control - I hope you do!
YES!! I have this happen to me all the time with anxiety. It never used to bother me, but this time around with my anxiety it does seem to happen and is pretty scary at times. I can be perfectly relaxed and still feel that way. I don't know what to say about it really other than to try to not focus on it. I hope you feel better though
YES! this is what triggered my first real panic attack. I got hyperventilated and convinced myself i couldn't breathe. And got dizzy, etc. This is actually one of the most common symptoms of anxiety.
I find it comes with lots of stress and goes away after the stress is gone. But on a daily basis, it wont go away till im asleep.
Try the meRAB! they may help, they may not... but if it greatly improves your life, then it was worth a shot.
Oh my gosh, I am suffering from horrible shortness of breath. It is so bad but I am not sure if it is anxiety or just withdrawing from Wellbutrin since I have been off of it for two weeks and I have other symptoms as well.
But this shortness of breath is so horrible to deal with.
