i don't have anxiety problems but for the past few hours i've felt sick for no reason and have been trying to figure out why. could it be because i am anxious? im kinda nervous about somewhere i have to go in a few days and have been thinking about it like in a nervous way. and im emotional because im moving next week and had to say bye to a friend earlier. could the anxiousness be what is making my feel shaky and slightly nauseous? i know im not sick. my pulse is up too

Yes, I just had a bout of anxiety and I felt like I was going to throw up for about three hours. Drinking tea helps sometimes for me but it may be different for each person and if this is a common thing I would advise you to do two things; one, call a therapist or psychologist or counselor, if it persists for a long time or keeps coming back, and two, try and keep your mind off these anxiety-inducing thoughts, that is the best cure, I wish you luck.

Yep. sure can. Anxiety in your mind, can also put your body in a depressed state. and you can start to feel nauseous. Just lay down take some deep breathes. take a nap. get your mind off of it.

Yesterday I had a first rate day felt "normal" today I have a pounding headache am dizzy, weak, spaced out. Sometimes they have no idea they are sick and this may cause us to feel off and emotional about things. But in the event you are not physically ill.
