Can an unlocked Bell phone be used on Fido ? particularly the 3G network?

Hi,

I want to buy the HTC DESIRE Z from Bell, unlock it and then use my plan on Fido for it. Would all of the features on the phone be usable on a Fido network? The talk and text plans from Bell seem horrendous thats why I want to switch.

P.S. Is it a huge hassle to unlock a phone and switch? I don't mind buying the phone with its retail pricing

Last time I buught a code from this web site and they charge only 20$!! it's the cheapest price on the web!! they give all instruction by picture or video. they provide invoice!!
