Can an Exercise bike help weight lost?

If you do high instensity low duration exercise on the bike rather than low intensity high duration. During your workout, youo either burn fat or carbs. When you're done you switch to either fat or carbs pending on what you burned during your workout. If you go very high intesnity, short period, you will burn carbs, but when you are done you will switch to fat burning mode for the rest of the day. That is the way to go
