Can an Apple Store put the update on my iPod if my computer won't do it ?

Yes, one of them happen to mention that they could do that, but they would need my/your itunes store account info to do it.
 
I wanted to know if I went to an Apple Store to put the new update in my iPod Touch (cause my own computer is bugging and won't do it properly) if I went in and bought it by myself with my own money at one of their stores, doing that being my absolute last resort.. Can they do that? In Brussels.
