Can I connect an Android mobile phone to my PC or laptop in order to act as a receiver for the PC / laptop, in the same was as a mobile broadband dongle works? and access the internet on my desktop PC screen via the mobile handset?
May seem a daft question, but I'm considering an Android phone, and would ditch my dongle if the mobile handset could do both.
