We are going through a custody battle with my bf's ex gf. we severed her court papers the day we found out what our court date was. now it says on the front of the court papers the instructions on how you fill them out. it states that the court papers must be severed no later than 10 full days before the court date.. our court date is in 3 days and we were served an affidavit today .. cant that be dismissed from court because it was later that 10 days?
Can an affidavit be dismissed if its served 3 days before the court date?
