Can an adult ride a youth bicycle?

I'm 22 and I just bought the CCM Static 24 with a 19". I just notice that they also have the CCM Static 26. Did i just buy a little kids bike?? im 5'10 155 pounds. any feedback will help alot Thanks

the 24 is the wheel size which is usually a kids bike.

What were you smoking when you bought that bike. They are both cheap full suspension bikes that will require a lot of energy just to pedal around. Return it and get a hard tail bike.
