Ok heres the story, I moved out for a month into my boyfriends house and I ended up getting pregnant while i was living there .... i'll be age of concent this year only because the age limit had gone up by two years when it used to be 14 and i just found out about this. So im just wondering can he be charged now that i moved back into my mom's even tho i was not living with her during that time ???
can an 18 year old be charged for having sex with a girl just under age of consent ?
