I usually try to fit in some ab/lower back exercises towards the end of my workouts. I'll do 3-6 sets, usually as many as I can of inclined situps, ab crunch machines, lower back raises, etc.
Is this enough to even be effective over time or do I need to devote more attention to my ab/lower back?
