can a1986 ford f-150 351 engine. fit in a 1991 ford truck?

That is according to if the 91 had a 351 in it or not, and check to see if the 86 has a computer or brain in it or not .
You will have to use the transmission on the 4x4 to make it work.
also you can check the bolt pattern on the 86 to see if it will bolt up to the 91 first. Take a tape measure and check the width off the bolt holes.
 
as long as the 91' was a v8 ford then yes it will slap in really easy, if it wqs a v6 truck then u have your work cut out for you. you would need to move the radiator shrouds the motor mounts and make sure you have clearence
 
With a torch and a welder, anything is possible.

Yes it should bolt right in as long as the 91 is a V8 also. If not, it will need new motor mounts.
