Now, this man is a friend of mine who already have a commitment to a certain person and the woman knows about it. The girl who was our co worker was the one who always find ways on how they can meet each other after work. And every time we ask the my friend about their status my friend would just tell that they don't have any relationship. After how many months the girl get pregnant, and before and now we really are used to go home together with my friend but he never tells me even a word about the girl. Now the girl scattered some things that eventually affected my image and the reason was she was very upset about me being with my friend. And she really ruined my name and image as a good employee of our company for the reason that my friend won't like to give support. She raised her problem to our HR and told my friend that if he won't be able to give the company will kick him or terminate him..the question is can that be happened? Can a company terminate a person through that situation?
