yes it will, it will replace 5.2 engine,you may have to change a few wires around but it you find the right components there wont be much work involved in doing this,the 5.2 and the 5.9 are basically the same engine just different bore and stroke,mounts and all are the same on those including the exhaust systems,good luck.
