I spent about two and a half years attending University of Waterloo. I went through some family problems as well as health issues that lead to me dropping out. After attempting to petition, my transcript with Waterloo remains horrible. I would like to now apply to UBC, or maybe even abroad. Is it possible to apply with my high school grades, without them seeing my Waterloo transcript? Would this affect my ability to get a second loan? Thanks.
