I have a few traffic warrants and the cop came knocking at my door, I did not answer and he finally left a card to call him, I called and he said he was there to arrest me. I since then hired a attorney who is getting my warrants lifted on Monday my attorney also advised me to call the officer back and tell him that I hired him and that he is getting me surety bonds on Monday, the cop was really rude and proceeded to inform me that he was gonna come arrest me this weekend. I guess my question is can he kick my door in? Or get a search warrant to enter my apartment?
