can a ten gallon fish tank be used to quarantine a black moor?

i have a black moor with ich yes i do have medicine but is a ten gallon big enough for a black moor?and can a gourmie stay in a 2.5 gallon fish tank for a few days(3-5)
the gourmie is not infected also can three angels be in a 30 gallon tall? i am gonna buy one soon
 
yes, hospital tanks etc... quarantine tanks are temp so it is fine to be small.

If they are both infected, they can actually live in the same aquarium for treatment. goldfish can handle warm water as well which is a good idea for removing ich faster.
