Can a tbaytel phone send a picture to a rogers phone?

I have a tbay tel cell phone and my boyfriend has a rogers camera phone .... my contract is almost up and I was wondering If I get a tbaytel camera phone can I send him pictures from my phone OR do I have to have a rogers camera phone as well .. to send him pictures

I was just wondering cause a few people said they think that I'd have to go to rogers to send him photo's
