Can a sprint lg rumor touch be connect to boost mobile or virgin mobile?

well i have a sprint lg rumor2 connect to boost mobile. i have try swapping my lg rumor2 to the lg rumor touch in boost but the representative in boost tell me first is not compatible with boost network, and others say when they try putting it in the network it tells them to put it in a another plan( i have the 50 dollar monthly n there's no other plan).i have been thinking to unlock the phone but idk nothing about unlocking cdma phones or unlock phones at all
