I need help. Im a single mother with one child and Im unemployed for over a year now and im about to turn 21. I've been looking for a job everywhere and still no luck. So Im starting to think of going go to school for Medical Assistant here in nyc.
What i want to know is would i be able to get financial aid for school even though im not working?
and if i could would i be able to receive temporary assistance for me and my daughter?
