yes just file with your states attorney general, go to their website and request the forms, fill it out, send it back and they will take care of the rest, and it wont cost you a thing, except return postage that is.
nope and any guy would be nuts to just hand over cash with no proof of it............
you can ask of course and he MIGHT pay but doing things this way 99.9% of the time goes belly up when he does not feel like giving it that week, has some one else to spend his money on etc and at that point the single mother has no recourse to "make" him pay.
