My friend is dating someone that is under age. and he is over age. i know that it is not illegal for someone older to date someone younger. but if the person that is older is a sex offender is it illegal then. the mother has no problem with them being together. and there is no sex involved. please help. i dont want my friend to get in trouble. he will listen as long as he knows for sure. and please dont tell me stuff like what is wrong with ur friend he needs to find someone his age. cause age is just a number and they have plenty in commen. so please dont hate. just cause u dont have a good relationship like they do.
