I have a relative who recently moved in with me. He came from another state and is 18. We have been attempting to enroll him in the local high school for the past 3 weeks and have been getting the run around. apparently the school principal does not want him enrolled because my relative is behind in credits and will be unable to graduate this coming spring. What can I do to get him enrolled?
Can a school deny a 18 year old his/her educational rights?
