can a samsung eternity 2 get a text app?

i would find out by myself but i don't have internet on my phone. I only have a choice of internet or texting so i was wondering if the samsung eternity 2 has a texting app. if it does then i could cancel the texting and get the internet so i could get a text app. that way i could text and have internet please help
