health insurance? I thing Psychology is an abusive and false religion (no I'm not a Scientologist so don't give me those straw men), and find it religiously extremely offensive. I understand that a University can require comparable health insurance from its students, but can it include "Mental Health" insurance as part of its definition of "comparable coverage" and not provide a method of exemption to those who for religious reasons are morally opposed to Psychology - as psychology is fundamentally ethically prescriptive in nature while REAL medicine is not.
I'm not smoking anything - University of Northern Colorado - they require it of all students, it has nothing to do with any kind of history.
You say there are other schools I can attend - which is a valid argument for private Universities, but this is a public University. So how does this not violate the establishment clause? They can't require you to give money to a church, so why would they be able to require you to give money to the mental health industry.
