You can connect to a PC via USB but only to back up saves and stuff like that I think, you probably can't record gameplay like that though. Maybe if you had..psp plus..you could connect it to your PS3 and then play the PSP games on a tv or monitor and maybe then record the gameplay somehow, that all seems kind of silly to me though lol, and oh yea you can use the PS3 controller now to play them too which cracks me up lmao but um yeah so to answer your question...yes and no?
