year old in his scare tactics? my 14 year old daughter got in a fight with another 14 year old the other girl admitted she provoked her and hit my daughter first only ive always said if some one hits you hit them back she did only a lot harder the girls parents reported it to the police only the officer didn't like it when my daughter thought it was funny for the police to be calling after all it was this girl who hit first the officer exact words were your really pissing me off now stop grinning or ill arrest you he them went on to say he would have her taken away locked up in a cell on her own for ever i understand he was using scare tactics but she has never been in any trouble before was there really any need for all that and can i do any thing about it ? some one please help
